Our Story

For more than a decade, I worked in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement, helping teams solve operational problems, develop people, and drive sustainable change. Along the way, I served as a Lean Manager and previously developed pwakaizen.online to support digital Lean initiatives.

Despite our best efforts, my team often faced the same challenge.

We were responsible for strategic data, Lean culture development, training, problem solving, management reporting, and continuous improvement projects—all at the same time.

Sometimes the answer seemed obvious:

"Let's add more people."

But more people also meant more coordination, more communication, and more complexity.

I kept thinking: "If only we had a simpler tool for this."

One by one, those thoughts became real products.

LLeanStore was born from the belief that practical software should reduce unnecessary work, not create more of it. Every application is inspired by real experiences from the shop floor and built to help people spend less time fighting spreadsheets and paperwork, and more time solving meaningful problems.

You may also notice that LLeanStore offers applications for individuals and small businesses. That's intentional.
